About Sarah
I am currently a doctoral student in social psychology at the Université Lumière Lyon 2. I am very interested in the transmission of knowledge, language, and the different fields of human and social sciences (psychology, neurology, sociology, etc.).
Teaching, popularization and pedagogy are activities that I find essential. I find that the best way to learn is to understand the needs of individuals to be able to adapt to their ways of functioning.
I also co-created a podcast to popularize scientific psychology called “Milgram de Savoirs”.

I want to adapt my practice and teaching to the needs of the person, while offering a clear and adapted framework.
Overall, the idea is to offer theoretical content AND a discussion space to understand what bad habits are in setting up work, projects, etc., in order to find and implement methodologies adapted to the person.
The first contact aims to: get to know each other and discover each other to see if the contact suits everyone, but also to target the needs relating to teaching so that I can propose a clear plan of the teaching path step by step.
The teaching structures may take the following forms:
- Explanatory theoretical part, then context/applied exercises
- A space for exchange, brainstorming and structuring ideas
