About Akanksha
I carry a passion for teaching and has approximately 12 years of teaching experience where I got the opportunity to coach students with different requirements and capacities. I gathered a rainbow experience from my association with school students, Engineering Graduates, Pharmacy Graduates as well as B.Ed Graduates.

I believe that every child is unique in his/her own ways. I consider teacher as a coach who facilitate student learning, comprehension of content material and keeps a track of student's learning outcomes. I follow the student centered approach. I work on attaining the initial behavior (Potential+ Capacity) of the student and then design my techniques and strategies accordingly keeping in mind the content and the time constraint.
