I've had just a few lessons with Emily and feel like I've learned a lot already.

She's very skilled and knowledgeable in singing and music theory and a great communicator, easily coming up with explanations and examples adapted to the student's level - in my case, an adult who's a total novice in all things music.

Emily is a brilliant singing teacher. I have had a number of coaches before her and can easily say I have seen the most progress in my singing under her guidance. As well as having rich knowledge and talent for vocal coaching, she is also incredibly supportive, kind and funny, which I feel elevates the lessons. Her acting background also adds another depth to the learning experience, as this has pushed me to dig deeper into the meanings of songs and the emotions behind them, which is incredibly useful when it comes to performance.

I cannot recommend Emily enough, she is absolutely brilliant at her craft and a true pleasure to not only experience, but witness her teaching methods.

Emily has a youthful exuberance with her approach to teaching which I found really encouraged. She creates a very comfortable, safe, and warm enviroment and was incredibly attentive to both my goals and expectations; but also my weakness.

Emily offered support and guidance with not only how I could improve but also broke the whole approach down into easily manageable steps that helped encourage me to continue and to see real improvement.

Like I say, I cannot recommend her enough - she should be charging a lot more for how good she is!
