About Kevin
I am an international student currently studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Durham University through the Pre-Masters programme. My undergraduate background is in Automotive Electronics, where I developed an interest in embedded systems and electronic engineering.
I teach mathematics and programming for engineering students, particularly calculus, probability, and Python for beginners, as well as basic circuit concepts for undergraduate foundation and pre-master students.
My teaching focuses on breaking down principles so students understand how systems and methods work rather than simply memorising problem-solving steps. I work with tools such as MATLAB, Python, SolidWorks, Linux, and Raspberry Pi.

My lessons focus on helping students understand the ideas behind maths, programming and circuits. I teach Python for beginners, along with calculus, probability and basic electronics for engineering or foundation students.
I normally explain topics step by step and break complicated ideas into simpler parts. Instead of memorising methods, students learn how the concepts work so they can apply them to different types of problems.
