About Bethany
I am encouraging and supportive of those around me and work empathetically to build up others. I am a Sociology mentor at Durham University so have lots of experience in guiding students through their studies. Whilst I have not tutored before I am organised, concise and encouraging so are a great tutor. I am extremely passionate about Sociology and have thoroughly enjoyed my 4 years studying the subject, I am keen to help others enhance their learning in order to achieve the best grades possible. Each lesson would be tailored to the student and their particular needs, however lesson plans would typically focus on a module at a time further grouped by Sociological thinking such as `Functionalist thinking`, `Marxist thinking` etc. I find this is an effective way to learn and apply theories within each topic.
