About Fahmid

From a young age, I developed a deep passion for fitness and martial arts. I was fortunate to grow up around a competing athlete and drew inspiration from movies like Rocky Balboa, dreaming of holding championship gold myself one day. At the young age of 16, I committed myself to intense training in the gym, constantly pushing my limits and expanding my knowledge. Over the years, I immersed myself in boxing, jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and mixed martial arts, developing both the physical and mental discipline these sports demand. Before officially becoming a certified personal trainer, I had all the traits of a mentor already. I naturally found myself coaching and encouraging others— providing the foundations to see them succeed. Whether it was helping friends from my community in the gym or working with martial arts team mates in refining their skills, I took pride in seeing their progress. Helping others improve their strength, technique, and consistency became something I was truly passionate about, which ultimately led me to turn my passions into a career choice. I also understand firsthand the importance of proper nutrition. Through years of intense training, I learned how to properly fuel my body to sustain performance, support recovery, and strengthen my immunity. When your body is under constant stress, proper nourishment isn't just important—it’s essential for long-term success tying in with rest and recovery. Now, as a trainer, I take pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels. My approach is about more than just working out—it’s about building resilience, moving with confidence, and enjoying the process of becoming stronger and advanced. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My Training Approach: I believe that fitness should be both effective and enjoyable, and my goal is to help clients reach their full potential in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. With a background in mixed martial arts and experience working with all fitness levels, I tailor each session to fit individual needs while maintaining a focus on injury prevention and long-term progress. Techniques & Teaching Methodology: I use a combination of explosive strength training, functional movement, all rounded conditioning and martial arts-inspired techniques to create dynamic and results-driven workouts. My coaching style emphasises proper form, injury prevention, and progressive overload to ensure steady improvement while keeping sessions fresh and engaging. I break down complex movements into simple, easy-to-follow steps, ensuring that beginners feel comfortable while more advanced clients are continuously challenged yet supported. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or develop better mobility, I’ll customise a programme that aligns with your goals. Lesson Length Typical training sessions run for 60-75 minutes but can be longer, depending on the client’s needs, fitness level, and goals. Qualifications & Experience Certified Personal Trainer (Level 2, Level 3) Strong background in Mixed Martial Arts (Striking, Grappling) Experience working with all fitness levels, from beginners to competitive athletes Strong focus on injury prevention, mobility, and functional strength Who Are My Lessons For? My training is suitable for adults of all ages, as well as teens looking to develop strength and confidence in a structured, safe environment.
