About Michael
I am currently a professional working for Ernst & Young, one of the largest business advisory firms in the world. Previously, I have worked as a Graduate Recruiter and Career Development Advisor at HSBC, and as an Early Career Talent Partner at Temenos. Further, I am a Career Coach for a growing start-up.
My specialism is in early careers, with relevant experience in both the recruitment and development of young professionals at both global organisations and SMEs.
I have a bachelors degree from The University of Nottingham, and a Masters degree from The University of St Andrews.

- Offering a kind and supportive environment, where you can share your worries and passions to someone who will listen and help.
- Conducting critical research on your behalf such as available opportunities, company information, key requirements, and identifying hiring managers
- Advising you through each step of the interview process, and conducting mock interviews where necessary to help you feel confident and prepared
- Providing specific skill sessions to help you develop skills such as confidence, resilience, organisation & prioritisation, salary negotiations, and promotions.
