About Mikayla
I am an Early Childhood Education student and preschool teacher. I have worked at a 5-star, NAEYC accredited childcare center for nearly 5 years. I have been a private tutor for about 6 years. I was part of the National Honors Society in High School where I tutored middle school students. This past summer I tutored virtually and in person for 5 wonderful students. I have had positive feedback on all my tutoring jobs and overwhelming support from parents and co-workers. It is my goal to help your student meet and exceed their academic goals but also provide support in terms of their emotional development. I value getting to know the students I tutor and molding our sessions to make them fun and enjoyable. My goal is to make the learning experience as simple and painless as possible.
