About Tayla
I am an early years educator living in Peacehaven offering private tutoring sessions for maths, specifically for potential trainee teachers that are worrying about passing the functional skills tests!
As I haven't yet found my forever school I'm currently working part time so have a very flexible schedule that can work around your needs.
I have an A* in GCSE maths and studied at A level before changing course to something that was better suited to get me on the route to teaching.

My teaching method is based around YOU, the student. The first session will be an introduction where we can both get to know each other. This would start by an online 'learning style' test where we find out how you specifically learn, and from there I can figure out how to best deliver my skills in a way that you can understand and process it personally.
My lessons are then based on which areas of the topic you feel you need extra help on the most, followed by a practice exam that will highlight any areas you may have forgotten about or just need a quick refresher.
