About Komal
The past 7 years of my career have been dedicated to working with Education, across a number of education establishments. Most recently this has been as Head of Art and Design at Garodia International Centre for Learning, where I have honed management expertise within the education sector, with a proven ability to manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams, staff, and learners in the successful day to day operation of a school. I was responsible for leading staff in the delivery of support and education to countless students, whilst ensuring the continued success of the school. This included creating and implementing successful learner retention strategies, as well as liaising with key education stakeholders to ensure student welfare and consistent development. I was proud to oversee the continued growth of the school, whilst exercising education management and strategic problem solving and planning abilities throughout.
Alongside my educational experience, I have developed a robust technical skill-set through becoming adept with an array of software packages, as well as photography and editing techniques, through taking part in number of exhibitions, including Art Festival, The Exposure Awards, and the Zion Art Centre . This experience will enable me to provide comprehensive imagery and support to your company.

My teaching approach encompasses breaking down the process of drawing, painting and sculpture into its basic forms. I find simple and easy ways for students to view what they want to achieve, and create practical tailored ways to resolve individual needs to learning. I engage with students interest and inspiration as a starting point to motivate students to a create interesting and diverse portfolio.
