I base my classes on interactive sessions. The student(s) are to always answer questions asked and feel free to ask as many questions as possible. I also encourage voracious reading to improve vocabulary and sentence formation. I use positivity to enhance performance in students

Richard brings a whole new experience to teaching... he has this inter personal relationship with the students. He makes them feel they're on the path to greatness by asking simple questions and sometimes extremely difficult ones. When they get the answers the student's self confidence skyrockets.
