About Marissa

I am a native English speaker. I'm learning French and Arabic, so I understand how difficult it is to learn a new language. I've learned that making mistakes is just part of the process. Watching TV shows, listening to music, and podcasts really help too.

I am a very patient and understanding person. I don't mind mistakes, and would take my time with each student. I will give words for them to pronounce every day, teach how different accents say different words, and eventually teach spelling and grammar.
I also will teach the culture of English-speaking countries.
