About Michaela
I have been giving lessons since 1998 and have done so in a one on one setting and group lessons. My focus has been to work out of my home office. I Have taught between 9 and 19 students a year, depending on the year. Due to many students working with me multiplte years it would be 14 student a year on average, keep in mind that several students return each year.

I am an Educational Therapist. This means I work with all types of students, and in my case I specialize in helping students understand math.
My techniques include, getting a good idea of what my students strengths are and then helping them learn new material using their strength. My characteristics are patience, attention, being able to change how I am explaining something to help student grasp a concept. and dedication. I have followed kids education k-14 and it is really great to see them succeed after passing a bumpy road in their path.
