About Robert
Mastrs in Elementary School Counseling n undergrad is Social Work. I worked for 15 years in Philadelphia Schools. I worked as a School Counselor and Preschool Teacher. The last 11 years I spent subbing at over 45 schools in the city. I was able to secure several semi permanent positions from 6-9 months. I worked in 4 Spanish billingual Schools

I use a strengths based approach, identifying what each students best subjects are. I also work to identify a support list of family/community members with whom to connect to support each student I set up my room with a quiet space a student can go to in order to decompress.
