About Rebecca

I am a mathematician, who was not only able to gain experience in teaching, but was also able to learn the necessary theory through a Bachelor of Education.

I am a tutor since I am 13 years old. At first it was only mathematics, my strongest subject, which I passed on to younger pupils. With the years and with the experience, further subjects were added. So I have a wide range of subjects that I can cover. I have been able to teach at different schools during my study since I had to do a lot of internships. Since the end of last year I teach German as a foreign language at an academy.

About the lesson

I am a tutor in mathematics for students and for students who are interested in math. If you have a break, a root-dragging, a distributive law, a differential calculus, ... a huge horror and you quickly close the books again, then you are exactly right with me! My offer ranges from continuous tuition, through short-term preparations for examinations, work or lectures to language courses or final work preparation. I also offer tutoring at university level for different lectures. Fundamentally and probably the most important are mathematics for natural sciences or mathematics courses, which have to be passed during another study course. Through my many years of experience with pupils from different levels and school forms and students from science subjects, I have the right explanation for (almost everything)! Calculation and root pulling do not have to cause sweat breaks, because there are for all quite harmless rules, the collection of forms and especially the pocket calculator. In my tutoring it is mainly about fast and effective noticeable changes to achieve. It does not matter if you go through the fractions just before the Abitur for hours, just because the part of the general education is, if you can use the pocket calculator! I explain tips and tricks with which you can effectively use the pocket calculator and form collection, suitable methods for understanding the tasks and we count quite a lot together! Of course, we will also build up the understanding in the long term and work on it to make you generally feel safer in math.
