About Sundas
I have over eight years of experience of not only teaching different kinds of EFL programmes and courses but also managing a centre as an academic manager. I have experience of teaching General English, academic English and exam preparation courses.
I am also a qualified assessor and worked with different awarding bodies. I have also got experience as an internal verifier for ESOL assessment and am aware of quality assurance processes.
My PhD research is focused on English teachers and students and as a researcher I have also been invited in two seminars of BA TESOL in UCLAN to present my research as well as to lecture on changing language requirements for British nationality and its impact on learners and teachers. I have taught a diverse range of EFL/ ESOL learners and use different teaching techniques to fulfil the needs of the learner
As an academic manager, I have helped my teachers as well as learners to focus, plan and develop their learning skills. I arranged various CPD activities for teachers as well as conducted tutorials, ILPs and End of course reviews for the learners. As I have worked as academic manager for two private further education colleges, I have the experience to deal with mature and international students.
