Welcome to my profile! I’m Kavita, an Electrical Engineer who loves making math make sense. I understand that for many students, math can be a source of stress and anxiety. My goal is to change that. With a solid background in engineering, I have used mathematics to solve complex problems daily, but my true passion lies in sharing that knowledge. Why choose me? My background in Electrical Engineering has taught me that Mathematics is not just about memorizing formulas—it is a tool for solving real-world problems.
My teaching method focuses on:
Visualizing the Abstract: I use diagrams, graphs, and real-life engineering examples (like how algebra is used in circuit design) to make abstract concepts tangible.
Logic over Rote Learning: I teach students why a formula works. Once you understand the derivation and the logic, you rarely need to memorize it.
Problem-Based Learning: We tackle problems from multiple angles. If "Method A" doesn't click, we switch to "Method B." My goal is to equip students with a "toolkit" of strategies so they never feel stuck during an exam.
