About Florence
I am an Engineering tutor with 16 years of teaching experience, guiding students from school level to college level. I have successfully taught around 250 students and helped them improve their academic performance and practical understanding of engineering concepts. My focus is on building strong fundamentals that support long-term learning and success.
I teach core Engineering subjects such as Circuit Theory, Control Systems, Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Digital Electronics, Signals and Systems, and Basic Electronics. I also support students in Engineering Mathematics, Physics for Engineers, and other related foundational subjects. My teaching is designed to make complex topics simple and easy to understand.
My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, patience, and practical learning. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style according to individual needs. I break down difficult topics into small steps so students can learn without confusion or stress.
I strongly focus on understanding rather than memorization. Real-world engineering examples are used to connect theory with practical applications. This helps students see how concepts are used in real engineering systems.
Over the years, I have guided many students to improve their exam results, clear backlogs, and gain confidence in technical subjects. Some of my students have successfully moved into higher studies and technical careers with strong academic foundations.
I also provide structured support for exam preparation, assignments, and revision planning. Regular practice sessions and doubt clearing classes help students strengthen their problem-solving skills.
My goal is to make Engineering simple, interesting, and achievable for every learner. I aim to help students not only pass exams but truly understand and apply engineering knowledge in real-life situations.

My teaching approach in Engineering is designed to make core concepts clear, practical, and easy to apply in real-world situations. I focus on building strong fundamentals in subjects like Circuit Theory, Control Systems, Signals and Systems, Digital Electronics, Power Systems, Electrical Machines, and Basic Electronics. I also support learners in related areas such as Engineering Mathematics, Physics for Engineers, and Applied Mechanics where required.
My methodology is based on Flexibility, Creativity, Understanding, and Time Management. Each topic is adapted according to the student’s learning speed and academic level. I simplify complex theories using step-by-step explanations and real-life engineering examples.
In subjects like Circuit Analysis and Power Systems, I use clear diagrams and logical breakdowns to help students understand system behavior. For Control Systems and Signals, I focus on intuition first, followed by mathematical derivations for deeper clarity.
Creativity is used to connect theory with practical applications such as machines, power generation, and electronic devices. This helps students see the relevance of what they learn.
Time management is an important part of my teaching strategy. I guide students on how to prepare for exams, complete assignments efficiently, and revise effectively without stress.
Regular problem-solving sessions are included to strengthen analytical and critical thinking skills. Doubt clearing is always interactive and simple to ensure full understanding.
I also support project work and lab-related concepts, helping students understand real engineering practices. My goal is to make learning structured, engaging, and result-oriented.
