About Bethany
I want my students to learn and improve. I want to build relationships with my student and be a friend more than a teacher. I have worked as an elementary school summer learning assistant and continue to work at a tutoring facility called Kumon. I am experienced in the field of teaching and tutoring and I have a strong passion for helping students be their best selves.

I am an experienced writer and have taken many college level English classes. My lessons consist of personalized tutoring for each student. I like to treat my students as friends and teach them the same ways I was taught. I hope to influence my students both academically and personally. My goal is to provide children with high quality help and education. A typical lesson plan would be journal writing activities or free writing to practice and improve a students reading, writing, and vocabulary skills.
