About Amanda
Since the age of 15, I have worked with children of all abilities. I have been a camp counselor, a swim instructor, a babysitter, a substitute teacher, a classroom teacher, a special education teacher, and most recently a mom to two kids under three! I am warm and fun and enjoy making connections with my students. I believe that is what has to be in place before any true education can take place.

I know saying “I make learning fun” is cliché, but I truly enjoy getting students to have that lightbulb moment. I will learn more and more about my students with each session, and try multiple engaging approaches to get them to access the information.
