About Patricia
I am a teacher with a master's degree in education with over 20 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten to high school grades. I have tutored students as young as 3 years old in reading and math concepts, as well as adults wanting to further their academic skills.

In my tutoring approach, I use personalized teaching strategies to help my students learn what they need to know to be successful learners. I use games, activities, and discussions/interests of my students to make my lessons engaging and motivating. All students can be successful and I use my previous teaching experiences to plan and teach individual students.
I have the most experience in teaching students pre-K to 8th grade, most often in reading and math, but can teach other subjects, as well as adults that want to work on their own academic skills or college students taking elementary education skills classes.
