About Shakir

As a passionate badminton player, I have dedicated years to mastering the sport, achieving notable success on both local and national stages. My most significant accomplishment came when I became the national runner-up in Sri Lanka, a milestone that reflects my dedication, skill, and perseverance. Competing at such a high level taught me the importance of discipline, strategy, and mental toughness, which I now bring into my coaching. My experiences as a competitive player have not only honed my technical abilities but also given me valuable insights into the game, which I am eager to share with my students to help them reach their full potential.
