About Sadie

I am a passionate piano tutor with over 14 years of experience, teaching students of all ages, including school, college, and working professionals. My approach focuses on creativity and real-life applications, making learning enjoyable and relevant. I believe in tailoring lessons to each student's needs, whether they are beginners or more advanced players.

In addition to piano, I can teach music theory and other relevant subjects to help students understand the fundamentals of music. I encourage students to explore different genres, from classical to jazz, to find their unique musical voice.

My goal is to inspire a love for music while building confidence in each student. Together, we can unlock your musical potential!

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for piano and relevant subjects is built on four core principles: Creativity, Integrity, Real-life Examples, Flexibility, and Accountability.

**Creativity:** I encourage students to explore their musical ideas and express themselves through improvisation and composition. This helps develop a deeper connection with the music and fosters a love for playing.

**Integrity:** I prioritize honesty and respect in our lessons. I provide constructive feedback and create a safe space for students to learn and grow, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

**Real-life Examples:** I incorporate real-world applications and case studies in my lessons to show how music and theory relate to everyday life. This approach makes learning more relevant and engaging.

**Flexibility:** I adapt my teaching style to meet each student's unique needs and goals. Whether they prefer classical, jazz, or contemporary music, I tailor lessons to suit their interests.

**Accountability:** I help students set achievable goals and encourage them to take ownership of their learning. This builds confidence and motivates them to practice regularly, ensuring steady progress.

Through this methodology, I strive to inspire a lifelong passion for music and learning in my students.
