About Consuelo
With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with several methodologies and I have a Trinity CerTESOL certificate. I also have been teaching classes for all ages and levels. Since I had my first experience teaching, I understood how crucial it is to learn English around the globe. I learned that when you know other people's backgrounds, you see your students from a different perspective. And I am sure this is the key to becoming a better educator. Living in a multicultural city and helping people learn what they need to start a new moment in their lives is a perfect match to help students achieve their potential.

I prepare classes focused on the student's needs and taking into account real and current situations and themes. That's why I believe in the use of authentic material to enhance students' engagement and interest. I'm passionate about literature. I truly believe We can change the world by motivating people to read more. And because of that, I always try my best to be creative when planning my lessons. I have a teaching license degree in English and a certificate of proficiency from Cambridge and Michigan. I am here to help you improve your fluency and proficiency.
