About Emily
I am a graduate from The Urdang, a dance and musical theatre training college in London. Her dance career spanned 16 years and included performance roles on cruise ships, working alongside professional dancers and singers representing many different cultures. On returning from working around the world, I took on the role of Venue Manager for a prestigious speak-easy bar in Soho, London, where she refined her management and organisational skills. Shortly after Yoga entered my life and I haven't looked back. I am co founder of Moksha Movement, which provides a holistic approach to health and well being. Our services are Yoga, private yoga classes, meditation, personal training, transformation courses, and fitness classes.

For me it isn't about who can touch their toe to their head or do the most push ups, its about focusing internally as well as externally and with these merging together you acquire those emotions we all strive for, fulfilment, enlightenment and happiness.
I will always explain the purpose behind each posture or movement, explain the benefits, diving deep into the anatomy of the body and connecting to our emotion body surfacing any blockages.
