About Payal
I am a Clinical Psychologist, NLP Master Practitioner, Gestalt Therapist, Life Coach and Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner. Over the years, I have learned that real change often begins when we stop fighting what we feel and start understanding it.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach is warm, curious and deeply personalised. I help you slow down, understand yourself without judgment, notice patterns in your thoughts and reactions, and discover practical ways to build self-trust, emotional awareness and healthier relationships.
