About Am
Hello, I am Alice. Throughout my career in education, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds, if not thousands, of children, families and professionals.
Drawing on over 15 years in education as a teacher, school leader, qualified SENDCo, yoga teacher alongside a Master's in Education, I've developed a holistic, evidence-informed approach that values wellbeing just as highly as practical action.
I've learnt that the best outcomes from children begin with supporting the adults around them. That's why I created a coaching space: to help parents and educators feel heard, build confidence and find practical, sustainable ways forward.
You'll always be met with compassion, authenticity and encouragement, because I believe that the smallest steps often lead to most meaningful, long-lasting change.

I know supporting a child can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it's easy to put everyone's needs before your own. I work alongside parents, families and educators to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, regain confidence and discover practical strategies that work for you.
Together, we'll unpick the challenges you're facing, explore what matters most to you and create a personalised plan that leads to meaningful, sustainable change. Rather than quick fixes, I believe in small, achievable steps that build confidence, create lasting habits and support long-term wellbeing for you and the children in your care.
