About Mei
With over 25 years of experience in Health & Wellness, I support clients in reconnecting with their confidence, inner strength, and sense of purpose.
My journey began as a nurse working with children battling cancer, where I discovered the deep emotional and spiritual side of healing. Over the years, I expanded my path into Holistic Coaching, becoming a certified Workshop Leader in Louise Hay’s healing philosophy, Reiki Practitioner and Counsellor.
Having lived and worked internationally across the UAE, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and beyond, I bring a compassionate, global, and heart-centred approach to coaching. I understand what it means to reinvent yourself, navigate change, and step into a new chapter of life with courage and clarity.
My coaching combines mindset transformation, confidence building, emotional healing, self-worth work, and empowerment to help you move beyond fear, self-doubt, and limitation.
Whether you are feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, lacking confidence, or simply ready for more in life, I provide a safe and supportive space for transformation and personal growth.
