About Visnja
I graduated Japanese Language and Literature at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology in 1993, and I acquired Master degree at the same faculty in 2011. I participated in Short-Term Program for Foreign Teachers of the Japanese Language at The Japan Foundation Japanese Language Institute in Urawa, Japan in 2002 and 2011.
I have been teaching for 28 years now. I have been mostly teaching small groups or giving individual classes. For the last 3 years I have been teaching in Karlovci Grammar School in Serbia.

I believe that motivation is the key to success in learning. I try to use materials that students find interesting and keep them active and concentrated.
As language is used for communication, I have been using communication games during the classes ever since I started teaching. Also, I have been using social media to contact them about diverse technical things, so that they would use language in real life situations.
I find a lot of good teaching material on the internet, that makes online classes interesting and enjoyable. I try to make students learn individually, so I often present materials that they can use that way during the classes. Then they can use some of the materials and learn the things they are interested in at their own pace. I encourage them talk about that during one of the face to face lessons.
