Meral is such an incredible yoga and meditation teacher! I can honestly say that the way she has such a positive, caring, open, and gentle nature has helped me grow not only in my yoga and meditation practices but as a person as well. I totally recommend her to people of any level of yoga/ meditation experience because her teaching style is really empowering and amazing!
