About Candy
With a good amount of humility and determination alike, I hereby seek for work at your company. I am 28-year-old female and I completed my S4 in 2014 in Non-Destructive testing at Vaal University of Technology and worked for RK Engineering Services as a Quality Manager and NDT Eddy current
Technician. I’m Currently working for Cullinan Transport as an Operations Controller. I’ve studied safety management Advanced as I have done short courses, including SAMTRAC under safety. I’m currently studying towards my B-Tech in quality with University of Johannesburg and studying parttime with Unisa for my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. I have administered construction projects as a subcontractor for Eskom power stations. Thus, being said I have worked on water treatment on cooling towers and have learnt processes such as coagulation, flocculation, cloramination, disinfection, sedimentation and stabilization as I have learnt but not mastered these water treatment processes.

Traditional school systems are no longer working. Children are lost in large classes, forced into mindless rote learning and stifled creativity, leaving them feeling side-lined and unsure of themselves when they leave school.

2.Increased student independence in the classroom. I've allowed my students to pick from several prompts when writing an essay. Because it's important to tie learning to students' personal interests, I permit students to choose their own topics for research papers and to choose which projects they want to explore.
