I first try to understand what the students knows about the topic before hand, then try mentoring him with my inputs ,
i believe in fundamentals of the subject and try to convey same in the class,
my one session is of roughly 40-45 minutes...
i give 3 questions for homework which is to be done before next session and sent to me ..
i am looking for students who are currently in 8/9th grade
