I have a degree in B.E. in Information Technology. Through out my engineering, my friends used to rely on me to get their concepts cleared. Seeing there results, one thing I realised is that I am very good with teaching people.

I believe the traditional method is very boring to go by.
First of all I believe that my students should not fear me and instead they should ask me with all possible doubts.
Secondly teaching is a two way communication. Also I believe rather than focusing on hard core theories, it's very important that concepts should be learned in a fun way.
I believe when learning is fun, that is the time we enjoy learning the most.
