About the lesson

My classes operate on developing an intuitive approach to the subject. The lessons are structured using the 80/20 rule which has been shown to yield optimum results in maths tutoring. 20% of the time is used to learn the theory aspect and the remaining 80% is geared towards doing practice questions and learning exam technique.

Perfect! Margo is very patient with our child who is studying for the 11+. She adapts lessons as needed to keep their attention and sets stretch targets and more challenging work on other days, providing engaging lessons that teach new aspects that have not been taught at school yet, and also reinforcing familiar concepts to achieve greater depth. I would strongly recommend Margo if you are looking for a maths tutor who can motivate your child at the end of a long school day in a heatwave...

I am so happy that I decided to reach out to her during my A levels! I wouldn't have gotten the grades I did without her (A* in Maths).
