About Thanh
As a teacher, I believe the most important role of a teacher is not to just impart knowledge but to inspire and motivate their students to learn and to give them ground to stand and grow on. With experience in Singaporean Math and online teaching, backed by a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, I provide a supportive and professional learning environment where my students can improve every lesson.

In Mathematics, I employ the CPA (Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract) approach to effectively introduce new concepts and problem-solving methods to my students. I believe in utilizing real-life objects as examples during lessons to enhance understanding and then we will move on to pictures by drawing symbol, representatives, bar model. Lastly, we will convert them into abstracts with equations and number. For complex problems, I believe breaking down to smaller steps or familiar concepts is essential to help the students gain confident in math and also motivate them to like math. One lesson last 1h, depends on the need of the student. My expertise includes teaching Singaporean Math and conducting online math lessons.
