About Kevin

2nd year Engineering student at Wits University, matriculated from high school with 8 A's 96 for Mathematics and 89 for AP mathematics. In my first year of my degree I achieved a math average of 93. I have tutored math before almost always helping create an appreciable improvement in marks

About the lesson

I teach by filling in holes in the students understanding, and from there I make sure to build up their foundations so that they have steady ground to stand on when faced with any problems. I will mostly go through practice problems and help with any questions the student has. I am extremely flexible in teaching methods and subject levels. I can tutor anyone up until first year university.

I can tutor any one of any level. If you are currently failing maths I can guarantee a pass.

Lessons can take place through, Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams. I own an iPad so I can give lessons in mathematics with diagrams and everything very easily.

I was Kevin’s High school Math Teacher and he was an excellent student. Always passionate and engaging in class. He would often help his classmate with understanding and homework whenever they needed him. A truly intelligent boy with a love for math and a real knack for teaching it! I would highly recommend him as a tutor

I have known Iverson since high school. He is a really kind and intelligent person. He is always quick to help people with any problems in a way that they would understand. The joy you see on his face when he gets someone to understand something they were struggling with is really pure. He has helped many people improve their marks in maths, physics and accounting. Sometimes by up to even 15%
