Hi! I'm a Materials Engineering student at the **University of Toronto** with a strong passion for math and helping others learn. Throughout high school, I consistently excelled in math courses and understand that the right explanation can make even the most challenging topics click.

About the lesson

My approach as a tutor is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match their pace and learning needs. Rather than just giving answers, I focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind each concept so they can solve problems confidently on their own.

A typical lesson begins with reviewing any questions or challenging topics from previous work. I then explain new concepts using clear examples before working through practice problems together. I also end each session with a quick review and, if needed, suggest practice questions to reinforce what we've covered.

As a current engineering student, I use math regularly and understand which concepts students often struggle with. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to build confidence and develop strong problem-solving skills.

My lessons are designed for middle and high school students taking mathematics courses, including general math, algebra, geometry, functions, advanced functions, and introductory calculus.
