Been around boxing for 15 plus years. Been to multiple boxing gyms fighting as an amateur been involved in over 15 fights winning over half. Have got a lot of experience knowing what a fighter goes through from training to fighting

Lessons will include basic boxing fundamentals from stance to throwing punches correctly with the right technique. You will also go through defensive drills. Each session lasts 60 mins. I train clients at Legends boxing gym. (Romford) can also travel to your residence for additional fee. I will provide necessary equipment (gloves, pads)
