About Yash
I am a passionate learner and teacher of English Literature, having qualified UGC NET (December 2024), WBSET (West Bengal State Eligibility Test) (2024), and GATE (2025) with English Literature as my core subject, and all these I have qualified during my first year of Post Graduation in MA (English). These milestones are not just academic achievements—they reflect my deep commitment to the subject and a lifelong love for reading, interpreting, and engaging with literature in all its forms. Over the years, I’ve realized that literature is not just about stories and poems—it’s about understanding human emotions, questioning society, and finding your own voice. I want to share this perspective with students who are ready to go beyond rote learning and engage meaningfully with texts. My goal is to make complex theories accessible, writing skills sharper, and literature something you connect with, not just study for marks. Teaching, for me, is not a profession—it’s a way to give back to the subject that shaped me. I aim to create a learning space where students feel encouraged, challenged, and inspired to explore literature critically and creatively.
