About Daniel
He has been doing private tutoring since 2013: He has tutored English from Reception to ‘A-Level’ standard and beyond and Mathematics to KS3. One of his greatest achievements is having helped a GCSE English student raise their grade from a D to an A. He has privately tutored approximately 25 students in 5 years.

He provides tutoring to all ages for English and up to KS4 for Mathematics. In both teaching and tutoring, he has demonstrated his abilities to engage both children and adults of a variety of ages, demonstrating enthusiasm; strong organisational abilities in planning sessions; openness towards new ideas; precision with communication and instruction; the ability for creative divergent thinking and thinking outside the box in creating educational and fun sessions. He has been able to nurture a great diversity of teaching methods having learnt to adapt my teaching methods to the different styles of learning that inspire and engage different students, but also guiding students to think independently. Being possessed of an intrinsic curiosity and open-mindedness, he enjoys learning new things everyday that ensures I complete all tasks and projects to the best of his ability. He values equally the process of learning and teaching, and is a firm believer that, ‘When you listen, you learn. When you speak, you teach.’ His other hobbies include acting, writing, singing, reading and racket sports. For example, he is currently writing two non-fiction books and a novel.
