About Aditi Kapoor
I am an English literature graduate from Delhi university (regular) and have been passionate about teaching English since 11th standard when I realised my love for English but could not make teaching a career due to financial difficulties and started working in corporate where 3 years down the lane I have been doing wonderful but there’s still a void of not doing what I like. Used to write and read a lot of stuff but now as a working woman, I barely get time for my measure activities. I am huge dog lover and have three fur babies of my own. I am fun loving but believes in results and keep myself and people around me motivated to do something for what they want to achieve.

My classes are driven by kids, what they want and how they want and works with a moral reward system for good work instead of scoldings and pressure. I don’t provide homework’s unless it’s exam time and keep the classes interactive to help kids get familiar with spoken English without imposing on them as a problem but build the environment convenient enough that the student themselves drive to talk in English. Provide same and non judgemental environment for students to express themselves in the language I teach and tell them it’s ok to be wrong than not doing it. My classes are not comprise of studies only, student should be willing to see me every evening for which I keep my classes a little fun by giving fun activities that promotes language fluency, team work and interest in classes. Also I am open for questioning multiple times but I do not appreciate silent kids and then performing bad. I’d rather have an annoying kid asking me 10 times a day until he gets it. My only goal remains to make a kid score well and make the subject English delightful as ice cream and easy as nursery rhyme.
