About Aamena
I am an experienced English Educator, Teacher Trainer, and Mentor with 19 years of teaching experience across schools and online learning environments.
My academic background includes a B.Com, B.Ed, M.A. in English, and M.Ed, along with an Advanced TESOL/TEFL certification. This combination of subject expertise, teacher education, and classroom experience has shaped my approach to English teaching as both a profession and a lifelong passion.
My professional journey has also included valuable international experience. I have served as a Lead Teacher Trainer with the British Council in London, where I worked with educators and contributed to professional development and teacher training. I have also worked as a Coordinator with Global Scholars in New York, gaining further experience in academic coordination and international education.
As an educator, I believe that learning English goes beyond grammar and vocabulary. My focus is on helping learners think, communicate, express themselves, and use English confidently in real-life situations. I believe in making learning engaging, practical, inclusive, and relevant to each learner's needs.
