I started tutoring this year, so far I have not found a student I couldn't help, nor one that didn't enjoy our sessions. I like to be able to bring my passion for literature to our classes and hopefully instil a little of that in every lesson.

I am always careful to tailor sessions to the individual students needs. Dependant not only on their level but their learning style.
The first session will be as much about getting to know the pupil as it will be teaching the material. Discussion is a big part of how I teach and I like to bring outside context into my sessions, to make sure any pupil of mine doesn't just know about their text in isolation, but understands a little bit about the world it comes out of.
