I like to keep things pretty casual - literature needs to be demystified, and it's not productive to feel like a text can't be criticised.
I have a BA in English Literature and an Honours in Philosophy, so I've spent a lot of time talking about books.
As a rule of thumb, I like 45 minute tutorials and would tend to aim at year 12 / undergraduate level.
