Interactive and attentive.
Completion of entire syllabus within time.
Regular tests.
Provide assignments.
Provide teaching resources ( audio, video files, notes, PPT ).
Take extra classes if needed.
In the first half of the class I like to teach the texts and the second half of the class I usually teach the grammar part.
