About Apollonia
I have 3 years of experience tutoring to non-English students on Google Meet and Zoom. I am very confident in my ability to teach English literacy!
I am also studying to become a professional English language teacher in university, and I am in the process of gaining teaching certifications. I am also practicing a variety of languages to help me when teaching.
I am confident in my English abilities as a native speaker, but I have also taken advanced coursework, published poetry, and won an award for my writings.
I feel comfortable writing creative and formal literature, and can help you with any type of English writing!

I can help with schoolwork, speech, reading, and more. I will do speaking "drills" where we practice talking in English using real phrases and vocabulary that native speakers use. I will assist with homework, schoolwork, or studying for school by using presentations and creating worksheets.
In my past, tutoring to Ukrainian speakers in English for 3 years, we would have basic conversation and then I would present a slideshow based on the topics they were studying in school.
We can have meetings up to 90 minutes, at any time of day and almost any day of the week. You may choose how we study English and what topics we can focus on.
Spanish-speakers and anyone who already has intermediate English skills would be the easiest for me to teach. I can speak advanced Spanish, intermediate French and Italian, and basic Chinese and Japanese. But I am also willing to learn the basics of a new language to help students.
I am willing to help any level of student from any culture!
