About Jesca
Hi! I’m Jesca, a friendly, patient, and experienced English tutor with more than 3 years of online ESL teaching experience. I have taught over 17,500 online lessons to children, teenagers, adults, and professionals from different backgrounds and English levels.
I believe learning English should feel comfortable, encouraging, and practical. I’m a good listener and I create a relaxed environment where students can speak, read, ask questions, and make mistakes without feeling embarrassed. I adapt my lessons to each learner’s needs, whether you want to improve your reading, pronunciation, vocabulary, comprehension, or overall confidence in English.

My English reading lessons are patient, engaging, and adapted to each learner’s level and goals. With more than 3 years of online ESL teaching experience, I help children, teens, and adults improve their reading fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and comprehension.
A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up and review, followed by guided reading of a suitable text. We work on pronunciation, difficult words, sentence meaning, and natural reading pace. I also ask comprehension and discussion questions to help students understand and use what they have read.
I use stories, articles, short passages, educational materials, and engaging activities to make lessons enjoyable and meaningful. My approach is supportive and encouraging, especially for learners who feel shy or lack confidence when reading English. Lessons are suitable for beginners to intermediate learners and can be adapted to individual needs.
