About Max
My name is Chan.
I have IELTS certification band 8, TEFL and MUET band 5.
I have lived in 3 English speaking countries in the past, giving me a complete experience in practical usage of the English.
I'm also a member of Toastmasters club, a club that promotes public speaking, communication and leadership skills.
But I'm a Malaysian at heart. I speak Mandarin and Malay very well and I do use some of those languages in my tutoring if necessary.
I do have my own teaching syllabus and materials, but i can try to cater to your personal, educational or professional needs if you have a goal or deadline, but it also depends on your current level.
I also teach at office and cafes where company finds it necessary to improve their staffs' English.
I also teach English for those preparing for working holiday, working abroad, migrating abroad etc.
I usually teach in small groups. I'll try my best to make a difference in your English in a realistic period of time, but just like any skills, most effort and determination will have to come from you as well :-)
