About Geoff
I have taught English as a foreign language for 31 years in several countries. One-to-one and small group classes usually work best. I specialise in IELTS preparation, dissertation preparation and academic writing, but can give general English classes also. We can study in the library, coffee shop, or I can come to your place of work or study.

My teaching methodology depends on your needs. I will tailor the class to what you need. If you need IELTS, a common problem is writing section 1, so I can provide materials for that. If you need help with a dissertation, I can proof read it and give advice (but not write it for you, that's your job!).

I can travel to your place of work or study, coffee shop, library etc. If it involves more than 20 mins travel from Mill Road, I need to add £4 travel fee (so £20 in total for one hour).
