About Banele
I am a teacher by profession with six years experience in teaching both elementary and junior secondary school. I hold a diploma in education from the University of Zimbabwe as well as TESOL certificate.Online teaching has helped me to learn, understand, appreciate and respect different cultures. I always strive to produce best results for my learners. This helps in creating global understanding and tolerance among people of different ethnics.

I base my classes on demonstrations ,groups and individual work. i like to make my leaners feel involved in the activities during the lessons and actively participate. This is done to boost their confidence to explore new things and get knowledge to the unknown. At times I closely monitor those who lack behind and give them necessary help.
